This the home of The Sacred Earth Foundation and a wondrous space located in the midst of The Pike National Forest in the Center of  Colorado. 


We offer space for private ceremony, weddings,sweat lodge and initiations, and for events with Indigenous Wisdom Keepers. If you are in need of spiritual guidance, seeking a space for a wedding or need some reconciliation with family, contact us as this land holds great healing power.

We are located about 2 hours SW of Denver and 3 hours from Boulder via scenic drive. (See directions below.) Due to our location within the Pike National Forest, we urge you not rely on GPS, which can sometimes be inaccurate. 
 

From Boulder or Denver:

 

93 to 470E Take 285 S. toward Fairplay. 
Near Pine Valley turn left on CR126 towards Deckers. This is about 25 minutes and the first traffic light you will encounter. 
You will be about an hour on this road. Once you reach Woodland Park turn right on Hwy. 24 (West) Appx. 25 minutes 
Just West of Florissant up a small hill turn left on CR 46 by Saddle Up Realty (Wagon Tongue/Slater Creek sign just prior) you will be 9 miles on this dirt road. 
You will encounter 2 places where you may feel you should go straight, one is a ranch the other is CR403, at these places curve right to stay on the correct road. 
After about 5 miles CR46 becomes CR98. 
Once you have traveled 7.5 miles on this dirt road you will see a lovely private lake at Wagon Tongue development on your right. 


Continue straight Appx 1.5 miles past this lake turn left at Echo Valley Estates and the mailboxes. 
Turn right immediately at Valley Road. The house is appx. 0.6 miles from the mailboxes where you turned into Echo Valley Estates. The property is on the right hand side up a steep driveway. There is a handmade sign that says,"Turner"s Sacred Earth" and the address.

 

From Colorado Springs 

 

Head west from Colorado Springs on Hwy 24.
Past Woodland Park and Divide you will come into Florissant 


Just West of Florissant up a small hill turn left on CR 46 by Saddle Up Realty (Wagon Tongue and Slater Creek sign just before) you will be 9 miles on this dirt road. 


You will encounter 2 places where you may feel you should go straight, one is a ranch the other is CR403, at these places curve right to stay on the correct road. 


After about 5 miles CR46 becomes CR98 just continue on. After you have traveled 7.5 miles on this dirt road you will see a lovely private lake at Wagon Tongue development on your right. 


Continue straight Appx 1.5 miles past this lake turn left at Echo Valley Estates and the mailboxes. 


Turn right immediately this is Valley Road. The house is appx. 0.6 miles from the mailboxes where you turned into Echo Valley Estates. The property is on the right hand side up a steep driveway.  There is a handmade sign that says,"Turner"s Sacred Earth" and the address.

From Fairplay Colorado

just west of Fairplay on 285

Take 9-S to Harsell, turn left onto Hwy 24 East toward Colorado Springs

appx. 10 miles East of Hartsell turn Right on CR23 (signs says 11 Mile State Park and Spinney)

At the end of 23 (about 1mile) turn left on CR59  after a couple of miles you need to turn right to stay on CR59

Drive all the way around the Lake (11 Mile Reservoir) about 9 miles continue past the lake and the road starts to head South and does an S curve.  just after this there is a small sign that says CR98 turn left go appx 10 miles until you come to a cattle guard followed by a small sign that says Echo Valley Estates and there are lots of mailboxes, turn right into Echo Valley Estates  and right again and my house is about 1/2 mile up on the right.

Staying Here  

Camping is available at 11 Mile State Park only 10 minutes away. 

There is also National Forest Camping nearby.
